I want to request for a feature that allows EkoToken vouchers to be redeemed on the web, where a user can input a phone number, and their voucher pin. Currently, we have a Merchant; Isglo Hotels, who gift their customers EkoTokens, but they prefer to redeem the pins on the customer's behalf, thus we have to do this at the backend for them. If the requested feature exist on the web, the current manual process of them sending us the pins and numbers to redeem for will be eliminated, as they would be able to gift the customer right then when the customer has earned it via the EkoToken Web.
